IA Residence 

Embracing the desert nature of the land, this single-story residential villa was designed as a representation of the vernacular architecture of the region. The house is segmented into different blocks arranged to create spaces for privacy and intimacy and others that open into external courtyards that blends with the desert landscape. The building exterior materials are highlighted with high gabion walls and earthy plastered walls. The interior reflects an oasis feeling with soft finishes of fabric walls, partition walls with woven palm leaves and terrazzo flooring.
