HA Project is a residency located in Dubai, UAE which served as a private home for our client. The interior design presents a combination of a modern comfortable design with a luxury feel to achieve a boutique hotel ambiance.
The interior design follows a neutral palette of colors and uses natural materials that work together to enhance the luxury feel of the space. The dark stained oak wood is used for the wall cladding and cabinetry with carefully placed black steel details that compliments the wood. In the spaces designed, the neutral tones of the wood cladding, furnishings, and flooring create a calm backdrop for the Tundra grey marble feature to stand out. This composition seeks to exude a comfortable but dynamic sense of modernity. The beauty in the black details such as the steel details around the kitchen cabinets, steel skirting, lighting, and sanitary ware creates a common language and relationship between all the materials.
In The Majlis the combination of Carrara marble, brass elements, and beige tones complement the dark stained wood tone to create a different luxury language than the rest of the villa. From a distance, it looks bold, up close, it looks sharp, and through experience it exudes luxury.
