The client envisioned a family-centric space that serves as a sanctuary from their busy lives, inspired by the increased appreciation for family connection and community values post-COVID. The design’s primary goal was to craft a retreat that promotes togetherness and comfort, seamlessly blending open living areas with outdoor elements.
At the heart of this project is a central seating area that serves as a functional and visual anchor, connecting the new BBQ and dining structure along the property’s boundary with the main villa. This thoughtful arrangement creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, encouraging family members to gather naturally. The design balances the essence of traditional community hubs with modern functionality, blending privacy with openness to enhance family connection.
